Sadly, it can happen to anyone. Poor passwords, or clicking on an errant link can end up with something like this on your Facebook account. There is, of course, no such tool, although the landing page at http://valcreepers.tk/ will try to convince you otherwise.
Don't be fooled - don't add this rogue app, or any other, to your Facebook account, ever.
